Full Size Lego House
On 1 August 2009 James May, of BBC Top Gear fame, and 1000 volunteers started to build a full size Lego house. It was completed on 17 September and sadly torn down on 22 September. The Daily Mail has the full story. The project was done as part of a BBC series called James May's Toy Stories. The 3.3 million bricks - formerly a house - were donated to a charity.
