What We Offer
We offer the chance to work with a multidisciplinary international team of designers and technologists. You will become part of a world class team - which you will find challenging but rewarding. You will work with a wide variety of international clients on many different projects. On the desktop we have the latest Apple Macintosh computers. Our working environment is informal and filled with music and the aroma of fine coffee.

Location
Positions are available in Shanghai.
We assume the applicant is in Shanghai. We do not pay re-location or accommodation expenses.
Minimum Qualifications
We expect our employees to have the following minimum set of qualifications:
- University level education
- At least 2 years relevant work experience
- Good English and Chinese language skills
- The ability to work with a minimum of supervision
- Creativity, commitment and a challenging attitude to business as usual
- Experience shipping final product to clients
- A sense of humor
Designers
We're looking for Graphic Designers. We expect our designers to have experience with Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
Programmers
We expect our geeks to have the following qualifications:
- Programming experience with some of the following: Python, C, Perl, Ruby, PHP, Shell, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
- Unix experience: make, emacs, vi, shell scripts
- Web: Apache, mod_python, mod_wsgi
- Databases: Postgresql, MySQL
- Frameworks: Django, Ruby On Rails
- Version control and configuration tools: git, svn
We develop web sites using Python, Django and Postgresql on Linux and Mac OS X. We do not like Java or Windows.
Interns
Yes, we have interns. We pay an intern allowance. We expect interns to be able to contribute useful work, this means:
- for designers: you already know Photoshop/Illustrator/InDesign
- for geeks: you can actually write code and use Linux (your university Java course does not count)
